Salt and Steel for Captain Bill

The association president HM Jeff Kropp presented Captain Bill with a poster of his beloved Mamaroneck PD Patrol vessel. The back of the poster was signed by all the members at our August general membership meeting. Captain Bill is a long time member of our fraternal organization and graciously donates a Captains course at our annual Christmas party. Salt and steel Capt. Bill we are here for you brother.
